Mobisoft - is a high-tech production company operating in the mobile industry and developing its own mobile product that runs under iPhone / Mobile Phone / Android / Blackberry/Symbian platforms that focuses on English-speaking target audience and successfully sells the softwares in Western markets.

We are - dynamic, product-oriented team, currently looking for Project manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of project management-related experience in mobile software or web development;
• Experience in working with worldwide market (US, EU customers) products;
• Understanding web development lifecycle;
• Understanding product lifecycle;
• Understanding marketing channels: SEO, PPC, affiliates, social;
• Understanding business processes and ways they can be improved;
• Team motivation & problem solving;
• Experience in CRM/CMS development is a plus;
• Experience is sales is a plus;
• Fluent written English is a must.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and increasing the net profit of the project
• Coordinate a Product and Marketing team, collaborate around company goals;
• Evaluate tasks complexity, timing, costs - and put the process in a most effective way;
• Help team in problem solving, suggest better solutions;
• Maintenance of project workflow and reporting;
• Product development, finding opportunities to expand revenue;
• Control of the achievement of intermediate goals, milestones and budget control.
